  • We gladly accept PayPal and major credit cards. 
  • Sales tax will be added to applicable orders for OH residents only. 
  • Contact us to reserve an item for up to 7 days without a down payment if you are committed to purchasing within 7 days. 
  • Contact us prior to purchase to arrange a layaway plan when your order exceeds $100. We are flexible with payments, but require a down payment within 7 days and payment in full within 90 days. Order is delivered when paid in full. In the event payment is not made, a relisting fee equal to 10% of the sale price will be charged. 
  • To receive a discount using a coupon, please enter the code at time of checkout.
  • Payment on is processed through Shopify's secure payment gateway or PayPal. 
  • When choosing to shop through our Etsy store, payments are processed through Etsy. 


  • Most items are shipped within 1-3 business days of purchase, our goal being to ship purchases made by 5 PM EST the next business day. In some cases, items are made to order and lead times are specified within the listing. 
  • US ORDERS ship via USPS First Class (3-7 days) for our standard low rate. 
  • At this time, we do not offer INTERNATIONAL shipping on our website. Please visit our Etsy store where this option is available. 

Refunds and Exchanges

  • Don't like it? Not a problem! Let us know within 3 days of receipt and we'll be happy to work with you to refund your purchase price and shipping charges plus provide return shipping for most items unless otherwise noted. Once the item is received by us, we will issue the refund. Simply done!
  • Package lost by USPS (i.e. tracking doesn't say 'Delivered' when expected)? The USPS does a wonderful job, but sometimes black holes just happen. We'll refund your purchase price and original shipping charges when a package is verified as lost. However, if tracking says 'Delivered' but your package is missing, we cannot provide a refund. Once the USPS delivers a package, it becomes your responsibility. 
  • Sweet items broken during shipping? Bummer, but we've got you covered! For most of our packages, we use a third party insurance provider. Upon receiving a damaged item, please let us know and we'll work with you to complete the insurance reimbursement process requiring both of us to fill out a form. Once we receive the completed copy back from you, we'll refund your entire purchase price or a smaller amount if we both agree damage is negligible.

Additional Policies and FAQs

  • Vintage items are loved items - they come with minor signs of wear and unique, timeless beauty only the 'real thing' can offer. Our vintage items are researched prior to listing and we inspect them at least three times before listing (when we clean it, when we photograph it and when we list it). Our listings include a general description as well as any issues we are aware of. If you have questions or would like to see additional photos, please let us know. 
  • Handcrafted items are made with love and ours get a dose of perfectionism, too. We love creating individual pieces, so please contact us with custom style requests for any of our handcrafted products. If you are interested in something you don't see listed, please let us know - we're willing to consider any project.
  • Most of our photographs are taken in natural, unfiltered light or in our home studio using professional quality lighting. Please be aware that the appearance of colors can vary based upon your device and display settings. We do our best to accurately photograph and describe all products.

Privacy and Data Sharing

  • We utilize the Shopify platform for our website. Shopify utilizes a PCI compliant hosting and cart solution.  
  • We do share information with Pinterest as a third party to measure advertising effectiveness. To opt out, use your browser's Do Not Track feature or update your Pinterest personalization settings
