FREE Crochet Cowl Pattern

I needed something warm and delicious to go with a pair of modern enamel earrings…quick! I chose this amazing Lion Brand Heartland Tweed yarn in Everglades for my project. I loved it so much, I decided to write this oversized cowl crochet pattern just for you.

The Agave can also be made as a quick crochet infinity scarf with this pattern.

Your delectable outfit will be ready to turn heads in a couple of hours with the Agave super chunky cowl pattern. I included a stitch diagram in addition to the easy peasy written instruction because I know a picture is worth a thousand words. I made a second version of this cowl in Lion Brand Heartland yarn in Grand Canyon so you can see how it looks with a neutral yarn.

Are you ready to tackle this cool free crochet pattern?

Download the FREE Agave Crochet Cowl pattern to print as a pdf today and you’ll look even more amazing tomorrow! To make the Agave, you will need two skeins of worsted weight yarn of at least 125 yards. The strands are held together and crocheted as one to create the super bulky texture of the Agave. I really like the results both Heartland Tweed and the simpler version produced with this oversized cowl crochet pattern. To substitute, choose another worsted weight yarn with lots of drape like Madeline Tosh Vintage yarn or Caron’s Simply Soft.

I can’t wait to see how your Agave looks. For a chance to get featured, share on social with @10gables and #golovely.

Happy Crocheting!
